We do not accept returns on products, however we accept exchanges or store credit on most unworn and unused purchases at Good Omen within two weeks. Items must be in original condition with original packaging with a electronic or hard copy of the receipt. All custom or special orders, apothecary items (body and skin care, fragrances, essential oils), pantry and herbal medicine and sale items are final sale.
Please contact us first if you wish to make an exchange. We want you to be happy with your purchase! Exchanges must arrive back to the shop within 14 days of delivery and must be in original condition with original packaging. Good Omen holds the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements. All items must have original tags and/or packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped through Canada Post. If you wish to expedite shipping, purchase tracking, or inquire about international shipping, please contact us. We are not responsible for any duty or custom fees for international buyers.
In Store Pickup
If you are local and wish to pick up your order, please select In Store Pickup option at checkout. Your order will be prepared and you will be notified once it is ready for you to pick up.
